After being a gym junkie for so long @ knowing how hard it is to loose inches through hard work and dedication let me tell you this machine is pretty amazing! In 3 hrs lying down all relaxed doing absuloutly nothing i lost 4 and a half inches in total and most of it came from my problem area the waistline @ that was from 1 treatment only !
